Is it July yet?

I keep thinking about how much I miss everyone that is not in Hawaii or soon to not be in Hawaii. My bff Kimmy and her family have to move off of the island for a month at least due to housing and family issues and I'm going to miss them so much! I'm very happy that things seem to be working themselves out for them but at the same time I'm really bummed. I spent a part of my day helping them move some of their boxes into our spare bedroom so they wouldnt have the extra expense and worry of having a storage unit so far away. It's going to be weird going to work and not having her there. I keep reminding myself it's only a temporary thing and it seems to be comforting me a bit. Then it also makes me feel how my family and friends must have felt when I moved so far away. I can't believe Jeff and I have been here almost a year! Oh how time flies. Getting on that plane to So Cal is going to be AWESOME.
