Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Berry!

July 18, 2009 was the happiest day of our lives. We got married! Thank you to all who helped make the day a special one. We could have not done it without you. =) Jeff and I declared the day a success and indeed it was. Here is a play by play on the day for those who missed it and those who wish to relive the moment. (Please forgive the random html as this was my first blog EVER and Tyler the master computer ultra genius, Kaitlin's fiance, lives far far away from us.)

The day started off with last minute cleaning and pasta salad making. (I refused to pay a ridiculous price for something I could make myself for $10.00) Then I ran over to the park with Coleen and Stacey to set up the picnic tables and de-ant everything...which Jeff was nice enough to finish for me. Everyone began arriving and the mingling began. It was most of our familys' first visit to the great city of Lemoore so they retreated into the house for cool air.

This is Jeff's grandpa Dave, his mom Teresa and his dad Dave. Below is my grandpa Norm and my Uncle Craig and Aunt Barbara.

While Jeff was finishing up at the park with the lady helpers, us Hausey women went into the room and got pretty. Sister Erin did an awesome job with my hair thanks to the beautiful flower pin Sister Kaitlin made me.

We arrived at Hickey Park and set up the rest of the chairs and tables. Everyone did a fabulous job. Thank you so much for your help!

The navy guys came in style...

The ceremony was performed by my mom Collette Hausey. She did a fantastic job writing everything for us!

We sealed it with a kiss...

We took a lot of pictures while waiting for the food to arrive. (It was 111 degrees in the shade so we left it at home)

We all enjoyed the food together...see how empty the plates are? YUM!

Then it was time to cut the cake. I kept telling Jeff not to cake my face...but he did anyway! AND he did it even before we officially fed each other cake! So he had to clean my face off twice.

The day was memorable and more than Jeff and I imagined it would be. We called it a day after this and everyone either began the journey back home or came back to our house to relax for a bit. We hope all of you enjoy this blog we've put together. Jeff leaves August 1st to fly to Hawaii. I will be hanging out in San Diego at Grammie and Grandad's house if anyone wants to get together. Hopefully it doesn't take too long for Jeff to find a home for us! We will be in Oahu for 3 years as Jeff is stationed at Kanoehe Marine Corps Air Base. There will be beautiful pictures up in the future!
